What payment options are available?

How long does it take to receive a response to my question?
We process messages and emails in the order they are received and strive to respond quickly, usually within 24 hours.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, our team may prepare and ship it within 24 hours. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we cannot guarantee changes after shipment, we will do our best to help.
What is the processing time for my order?
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on order volume.
What are the delivery details?
Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After placing your order, preparation takes 1 to 3 business days, and transit time is 6 to 9 business days.
Out-of-stock or restocked items?
If items are out of stock, we will inform you by email with an expected shipping date. If restocking takes more than two weeks, we will automatically refund those items.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately with your name and order number. We will try to correct it before shipment, although we cannot guarantee changes once the package has shipped.
Did you receive a damaged item?
We apologize if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us with your name and order number for assistance.
Where can I track my order?
Visit the Track Your Order page in our main menu or footer menu and enter your tracking number. For additional assistance, we are available at support@liretvoux.com
Is your tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers may only work for domestic orders. If yours is not working, please let us know at support@liretvoux.com so we can check your shipment.
Missing or damaged items in your order?
For any missing or damaged items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date, so please reach out within this period via the Contact Us page or by email at support@liretvoux.com
Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused.
Return costs
We cover the return costs for defective products. For other returns, including claims, the actual return costs are at your expense.
